We are an independent company with 25 years combined experience in recruitment and media advertising. In addition, with our 'born and raised in' knowledge of the North West, and down to earth, friendly approach to business, we beleive that our service offering is second to none.
Our site was originally designed and built in 2005 by one of the UK’s leading specialist job board design companies. Originally known as Your Lancashire Jobs, we became Your North West Jobs in 2008.
Our belief is that if we deliver the right product at a fair price, really look after our customers and do more for them than any other job board and, then we will build a loyal customer base. Put quite simply: we beleive in being better.
Attracting Job Seekers
Job seeker traffic is directed to our site via both online and offline strategies. Much of the traffic comes through the major search engines such as Google and Yahoo, so our objective is to achieve naturally high positions for the relevant 'keywords' and 'key phrases' used by job seekers to find jobs, eg "Jobs in Lancashire". We understand the importance of getting these keywords right and we have invested heavily in research and design to achieve optimum results in this area.
We also utilise a Web 2.0 strategy to attract relevant candidates through social networking sites, local interest sites, info sites and other relevant online portals used by local jobseekers.
